Winter may almost be over but those pesky cravings aren’t! Here are some of our favourite healthy swap outs!


  1. If you’re craving chocolate: Reach for a good quality 80% + dark chocolate. Be sure to steer clear from the Milkier dark chocolate varieties. Darker varieties with a higher cocoa solids % are generally more nutritious, powerful source of antioxidants as well as may reduce the risk of heart disease.
  2. If you’re craving soft drinks: Reach for Raspberry lemonade or Passionfruit kombucha it will curb your craving & promote better gut health!
  3. If you’re craving ice-cream: fill your blender or food processor with 2 ripe and sliced frozen bananas, occasionally scraping down the sides blend until smooth. For a creamier consistency add a splash of coconut milk & to make it even better, add your favourite extras such as any nut butter, fruit, honey or maple syrup, spices & VOILA!
  4. If you’re craving lollies: FROZEN GRAPES! Sounds crazy right. Sweet and crunchy they are the perfect alternative to candy.
