Stephanie Vaccaro

At the time of joining HPC I was living and working in Brisbane as a medic in the ADF. Keeping fit and strong was a requirement of my job, but something I loved doing whether it was for work or otherwise. I also loved spending my weekends down on the Gold Coast where I would join the TriBabes for an early morning ride and then head to class at HPC. I’d never really envisaged myself taking up a fitness course to further my studies, but whilst down on the Gold Coast I’d heard about HPC. Wow – hasn’t that been one of the best decisions of my life to go and enquire! The course content was great, the delivery style was engaging, the staff are amazing (and continue to be so helpful) and the training facility is first class. There’s lots of outdoor training and plenty of practical learning along the way. Believe it or not I actually looked forward to studying whilst at HPC! The feedback I received during the course was fantastic, clear and helpful. Now I’m able to do something I love every single day.
Nowadays I’m a full-time mum and spend most of my time cherishing all of the special moments with our little girl, Charlo. In my ‘spare’ time I’m a Group Training Coach at F45 Essendon as well as running my own female-specific personal training studio (but first, fitness) in Melbourne. But first, fitness gives me the opportunity to train, coach and inspire my female clients to reach their health and fitness goals in a private environment. Coaching at F45 is an opportunity for me to expend my copious amounts of energy in a fast-paced environment with like-minded people. Helping people achieve their health and fitness goals, no matter what stage of the journey they’re at, is hugely rewarding and why I love working in this industry. To help me stay motivated and reach my own fitness goals I’ve also taken up bikini bodybuilding.
I couldn’t recommend HPC enough to anyone wanting to study a fitness-related course. I loved my initial course so much that I’ve since travelled back to the Gold Coast, from Melbourne, just to do more short courses at HPC!! The staff are always so happy to see HPC graduates back there developing and expanding their skills. I’m very much still growing in the fitness industry, but the foundation I have after completing my course at HPC has given me the confidence and drive to keep achieving more and more.
