Get a Buddy!

This is such an inexpensive way of staying accountable. It’s best to ensure your partner has similar goals to you & make sure you get those sessions locked in at least 3-7 days in advance.

Join a gym with classes ONLY

Why? Firstly you have to book in your sessions. This locks you in down to the minute & if you do a no show, you will hear about it. If you’re anything like me and struggle to juggle work, family and social life balance sign up with your best buddy, partner, husband or wife & have some extra quality time while increasing your endorphins. Another reason why we love this option, it takes away the pressure of having to create the program so all you do is show up & smash it!

Spice it up!

Try out different facilities, most gyms have free trials or amazing induction deals. This means you’re not locked in, but you can see if it’s your cup of tea. This can include anything from Yoga, Pilates, Cross fit to Spin!

The real key is just getting started, the first week may be challenging although once you make it a habit it will be as easy as brushing your teeth at the end of a long night!
