Human Performance Centre is a Registered Training Organisation that has been educating Fitness Professionals since 2007. As an Australian owned, small business, HPC primarily delivers Cert III & IV in Fitness courses, along with many other short courses with a variety of delivery methods ranging from Face-to-face courses, Blended study method and Distance Education.

One of our incredible staff members is due to go on maternity leave in just a few short weeks so we are on the lookout for an Administration Superstar to join our team to commence in the New Year!

This is a fast-paced role so the ability to multi-task successfully is essential.

As an RTO (Registered Training Organisation), accuracy is a major requirement for this position. In this role you will be dealing with our amazing team and students which will make your new job a dream!!

The role is within a casual position with potential to grow in the role for the right candidate. Hours could be anywhere between 7.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday and 7.30am-4.30pm Saturday and Sunday so full availability and flexibility would be required. Minimums shift times are 3 hours and a maximum shift would be 8 working hours.

The Superstar

Experienced in administration you will have a large responsibility for some of our key data entry tasks. You will hold yourself with outstanding professional appearance and a personality to match. You will not be afraid of a challenge. You must be organised and methodical allowing our Administration team to trust in your skills with anything they assign to you. You will be a fantastic person for any of our students to chat with when you call them regarding their enrolment. Your attention to detail and efficiency at completing tasks will ensure that we run a clean-cut administration cycle in our business.

The Requirements

You will be an extremely quick learner. Have exceptional attention to detail. Be able to prioritise and complete tasks within set deadlines. Can handle simultaneous tasks whilst dealing with interruptions.

  • Impeccable eye for detail
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Friendly, can-do attitude
  • Medium to high level computer skills – must be confident using CRM’s & Student Management systems or quick to learn
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure an incredible experience for our students
  • Ability to prioritise workload and complete to strict deadlines
  • Commitment to completing a task from start to finish
  • Strong work ethic and keen interest to work as a team
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong process analysis and improvement skills
  • Ability to simultaneously handle numerous tasks
