These trainers are HPC certified and have undergone extensive training at an elite level, so you know that they can get you to achieve whatever your goal may be. You can be a beginner wanting to lose weight, or you can be an elite athlete wanting to take it to the next level – HPC welcomes everyone and you will be sure to get results!.

Be trained by Elite Level Personal Trainers in HPC`s brand new Professional Training Centre – the Yellow Gym – with the latest Hammer Strength and Cardio Equipment from the States. No intimidating gym, just you and your HPC Trainer! Even if you don`t want to be trained in the Gym, HPC is located close to the Beach, Pizzey Park, and Olympic Swimming Pool … so you have the best of everything with your HPC Trainer.

Conny Hoffmann

I’d love to be able to tell you how Fitness was always my passion and calling but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I used to have to force myself to exercise and then only in order to compensate for the ‘bad’ food I believed to have eaten. Years of disordered eating, depression and low self-esteem had me stuck in the vicious yo-yo dieting cycle I then couldn’t see myself breaking free from.

A lot of hard work on my own mindset and the way I treated and now see my own body has brought me to where I am today. I understand from that it’s often just not as easy as “eat less, move more” when it comes to improving our bodies. Emotional attachment to food and body image are important topics that don’t get addressed enough, especially in today’s ‘quick fix’ society. I strive to develop a relationship with my clients that is built on trust and understanding, hard work and honesty, achieving results through a holistic non-intimidating overhaul of the way you see yourself and your relationship to diet and exercise. There is nothing more empowering for me than to empower others.

Luke Meir

Luke is passionate about health and fitness and has been a lifelong athlete, competing nationally and internationally in athletics, surfing, and mixed martial arts. After excelling in his fitness studies in 2008, he continued his learning by studying massage therapy and completing a bachelor degree in Sport and Exercise Science at Griffith University. He now works as an exercise scientist, MMA coach, massage therapist, and teacher, along with completing post graduate studies in exercise physiology.

Luke brings with him a great mix of theoretical and practical knowledge gained from almost a decade in the fitness industry.

I love being able to help turn someone’s day around, they may come in with the weight of the world on their shoulders when they enter the gym, but they leave feeling great and full of endorphins I love seeing the growth and change in people when they decide to make a change to their lifestyle or simply achieve things that they never thought were possible! Always a brilliant moment when you see a new twinkle in their eye and a new level of self-belief.
