Natural Bridge Circuit – Springbrook National Park

A sealed circuit track takes you through the forest, across Cave Creek and into the arched cave to witness the waterfall plunging from above. At night the cave is illuminated by thousands of glow-worm’s tiny green lights.

Rock climbing is a great way to have fun and keep fit! You can work on upper body strength, as well as endurance and flexibility.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding
Stand Up Paddle Boarding is an amazing combination of balance, strength and endurance and is a low impact activity that almost anyone can do.
It’s a great way to get some sun, enjoy nature and give your whole body a workout – in particular your back, shoulders, arms and abs.

Pack up the family and head out to a trampoline park – they’re so much fun and a great full body workout! This is another low impact exercise, but it will do wonders for your body while still going easy on your joints.

Obstacle courses are an incredible way to work your whole body and they generally have options to suit beginners as well as those who can go a little harder! We have plenty on the Gold Coast where you can have fun and be pushed to your limits at the same time.
